Strategic Plan 2009 - 2012
The Numurkah District Health Service plan builds of our previous strategic plan. The plan recognises the need for a more investigativ consultative and collaborative approach to planning and providing direction for delivery of health services in Numurkah over the next three years.
Our strategic plan links with the Department of Human Services key strategies and policies including Rural Directions for a Better State of Health, Care in Your Community and the draft Health and Wellbeing Framework.
The plan supports the area based planning underway and the networks, partnerships and collaborations occuring within the Hume Region including Hume Region Intergrated Cancer Support, Moira Healthcare Alliance and Goulburn Valley Primary Care Partnership.
