Donations
Numurkah District Health Service recognises that not everybody has the resources to make regular donation. At any time you can make a donation by providing a gift to be used where it’s deemed to be most needed. Donations can be forwarded to: PO Box 128 Numurkah Victoria 3636
In Memory Gifts
Gifts by family members or friends in memory of a loved one also help the Hospital to continue its mission within the community. A letter with a receipt will be sent to you as soon as it is processed and a second letter will be sent to the next of kin advising the names of those making the donation. The amount of your gift will remain confidential. To make an In Memory donation, please contact us on (03)5862 0555 or forward to PO Box 128 Numurkah Victoria 3636
In Lieu Gifts If you’re planning to hold a celebration to mark a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary or wedding, you may wish to ask your guests to consider making a (tax deductible) donation to Numurkah District Health Service in lieu of buying gifts.
