At Numurkah District Health Service we are very concerned about offering quality care and service. We depend on feedback to maintain this level of service.

We appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative, and ensure that it is registered and actioned appropriately and in a timely fashion.

You may choose to provide your feedback in any of the following ways:

    You may ask the Receptionist if you would like to speak with one of the Executive Staff.
