NDHS is seeking highly motivated Division 1 Nurses wishing to enhance their management skills. 8 shifts per fortnight are available for one person or job share can be offered. This position coordinated after hours service delivery across the facility in the off duty periods of the Director of Health Care Services and Nurse Unit Managers, ensuring best practice guidelines are adhered to and the quality of framework is enhanced.

Essential:
Commitment to excellence in the delivery of patient / resident focused care;
Possess high level clinical skills;
Knowledge of quality improvement framework and accreditation principles;
High-level communication skills; and
Minimum 5 years post registration experience
