After Hours Coordinator
GRADE 5 - FIXED TERM POSITION
.NDHS is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses wishing to enhance their management skills. This is a fixed term position until 21st February 2011 consisting of 4 shifts per fortnight. This position coordinates after hours service delivery across the facility in the off duty periods of the Director of Health Care Services and Nurse Unit Managers, ensuring best practice guidelines are adhered to and the quality framework is enhanced.
Essential:
· Commitment to excellence in the delivery of patient/resident focused care;
· Possess high level clinical skills;
· Knowledge of quality improvement framework and accreditation principles;
· High-level communication skills; and
· Minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
