Physiotherapy 

Public Service (Monday to Friday):

Must be referred by a health professional; and

• Be HACC eligible; or
• Relates to a recent public hospital admission

Private After hours (Mon & Thur 6 to 8 pm)

Can be self referred or referred by a health professional and must be either:

• · DVA Gold Card holders; or
• · Holders of private health insurance with extras cover for physiotherapy; or
• · Managed by their GP for a chronic condition under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme; or
• · Not HACC eligible, or HACC eligible and willing to pay private rates in order to avoid the public waiting list

TAC or WorkCover

Unfortunately, TAC or WorkCover clients must go to Cobram or Shepparton
