Mind over Mood
Over the winter, the first 'Mind over Mood' program will commence, running each Wednesday morning in July from 9.00am until 10.30am.
The program works on the basis that we can change the way we think in order to feel and behave more comfortably and acceptably, even if the situation has not changed. The group will focus on building self-confidence, setting goals, managing our minds through positive thinking, dealing with emotions, and changing lifestyle patterns. If you want to optimize your ability to work or engage in activity, improve your mood and personal relationships, and increase the sense of meaning in your life then 'Mind over Mood' is for YOU.
